I bought my first car from here and the people at My Car made it so easy.  I never felt pressured and ended up with the perfect car for e.  James, who sold me the vehicle, was a great help and was always available for any questions I had.  I would definitely consider going to them again and would recommend them to family and friends.

My name Earl. I normally would not be doing anything like this but dealing with MYCAR I am happy to do so. As you should know I am 55 yrs and driving since I was 16. I bought my first car at 19 I have had a lot of experience good and bad with different dealerships over the years.

 In all my years I have never experienced a car dealership that will go out of their way to make customers happy. That is in my case doing expensive work on my car after the MYCAR warranty is over, I mean months not days. I know that this would never happen with the other dealerships I dealt with. Right from James (my salesman) to the management that are always there to help I always feel a calmness and definitely a feeling that my auto problems will be dealt with immediately.

Bottom line my fellow auto owners. Take the ride out to Richmond, only then you will see this dealership is positively different from other. O YES one other thing, There service manager is Mike. A friendly knowledgeable person who always takes the time to answer my questions. He also has made my experience at MYCAR a pleasant one. I believe by XMAS I will be buying my next car. This time JAMES I will jump to a larger car or maybe a SUV...........EARL

I purchased a 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan from Mycar Online in early June 2009,I wanted to email to recongnize a number of different aspects of my experience at your dealership,all of which have resulted in a very satisfied customer who will not hesitate to return when it comes time for another car.

The sales experience :

                               Your dealership had a number of different minivans to choose from,all appeared to be in excellent condition.This allowed me the flexibility to choose exactly the car I was looking for.Our salesperson Matt Spezza was patient,knowledgeable, and honest.At no time did I feel any high pressure sales tactics nor did I get even the least bit of indication of "used car salesman tricks".I believe that I recieved a high quality vehicle for a fair price.The car was delivered exactly when promised,cleanly detailed,and with all service completed as we had agreed on.

A safe automobile:

                        As a father of 3 young children (4 years,2 years and 1 month respectively),I impressed upon Matt the importance of delivering to me a family vehicle that was safe  and without mechanical defect.Matt was sincere in his promise to personally follow through to ensure the vehicle exceeded the safety standard.Matt ensured that the car received new brakes and tires and that all saftey aspects were thoroughly checked.

                         This attention to detail ended up being of the utmost importance.Unfortunatley,only a couple of weeks after taking delivery of our new car,my wife and 3 children were in an extremely serious motor vehicle accident on the Hunt Club bridge.My wife and daughter did sustain injuries,however thankfully both will recover fully with time.With such a serious accident ,the police sized the vehicles involved to perform accident recreation and mechanical inspection.The police were able to confirm that our vehicle had no  mechanical defects.I have no doubt that the high quality vehicle delivered by My Car Online contributed to ensuring the safety of my family.For that,I want to personally thank Matt and My Car for your diligence and high standard of service.

Needless to say I went back and bought another Caravan. I am just as pleased with my second vehicle as I was with the first.

                      I look forward to returning to your dealership sometime in the future.

I just wanted to acknowledge the staff in North Bay in particular salesman Al Atkins and Dennis who helped with the finances.  Between them I was able to get the model I wanted along with the options and more for the price I was comfortable with. 

Every time I entered the building I was always greeted by other member of the staff that were there at the time and found it a very comfortable environment with the stress one goes through in purchasing a car.  Once the finances were approved my car was ready the following day.

The aftersale proved just as pleasant when I had a small problem with the car a few weeks later.  When I called the manager ( Cary.. I hope I spelled it right) took over, arranged to have the car looked at the following day, problem solved.

Buying a car is very stressful as I mentioned above but I do recommend giving the people at the North Bay branch a visit first, you may not have to go anywhere else.

We've just purchased our 2009 Dodge Caliber from MyCarOnline in Richmond.  Erik Lloyd was our rep and he was great to work with.  He provided all the information we required and ensured we were aware of all the other details involved in the purchase.  Erik went out of his way to make our time there enjoyable. We would definitely recommend his services to anyone interested in buying a car.
