 It was my first time buying a vehicle and MyCar made it easy and fun. From the first test drive to the transfer of the ownership everything was very simple. The few concerns that I did have about the condition of the vehicle they assured me that they would be repaired and when I picked up the truck everything they promised me was done,  I will definitely recommend My car to my friends.

In January of 2010, i bought a 2006 pontiac torrent, my sales man, Matt, was very good and seemed very sincere, as was the finance man Marcel.  I picked up the vehicle, and it was detailed to look tlike the day it came off the assembly line.  I drove home, and went to work, i started the vehicle after my 10hr day at work, and the engine light came on...the next morning i took the car to a local GM dealer where i was presented with a $1000 repair bill, after having to pay a $75 diagnostic fee.  I called mycar, set up an appointment for a stalling problem. i spoke to a manager and he said he would make it right...they returned the car with a full tank of gas, minus the gas to and from Mycar, and the out of pocket cost of the diagnostic.  After my displease with this vehicle, i was never given the option to return the vehicle as advertised.

I am sorry that you feel the service I gave you was only worthy of 1 star. We do try to keep all of our customers happy and we do offer a 30 day no questions asked exchange policy. Its not a return policy. I know for a fact you never asked me to exchange this vehicle. But if you wish I would be more than happy to take it in on trade. We do sell used cars and that is why we offer this exchange policy. because nobody can predict for certain how reliable each car will be. About a month ago my 22 year old son bought his first car and it was from from My Car.  Not only were they great people to deal with, his car was delivered with such great detailing and on time.  We had a small concern and the Manager dealt with it in a honest and very approachable manner.  We are both very pleased that my sons first time buy was with this wonderful group of people.  I would recommend this group to everyone.  I know I will be going back for my own purchase.

This was our first big car purchase and Erik and Charvel where excellent with us.  They explained everything and went the extra mile to help us.  Our new Escape is exactly what were looking for! Thank You so much guys!
