We bought a Silverado about 1 1/2 months ago from them, very good price,best in Canada, They prep the car like if it was bought new. Service is amazing, they repair everything on it and then some. We had problems with it , took it back for service, they repaired all the things with NO HASSLE.

Salesman are friendly and atmosphere is great, (no coffee machine though, hint hint Mr manager) after sales is also very good, A1+, I been many places before that after a sale they don't care about you, well not there!! They won't rest until you are satisfied.

We were so satisfied that we just bought a second car from them. Erik is who with dealt with, very nice, no pressure guy. He lets the prices and product sell itself.

I recently purchased a car from MyCar.  I was unsure if the dealership was open so I called to see.  A very friendly Erik Lloyd answered.  He was more than happy to answer any of my questions.  When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by friendly staff.  When it came to test driving the vehicle I was able to take as long as I wanted and try as many vehicles as I wanted.  Once I decided on a vehicle I mentioned a scratch on the vehicle.  Erik came out to look at the car with me and find any other imperfections, assuring me that they would all be fixed at delivery.  When I picked up the car he again came out with me to show me that everything that was promised was done.  I was very impressed by the friendly, lower pressure atmosphere.  I would recommend MyCar to friends.

Shopping for a car can be a hassle. My vehicle had long ago become unreliable. I am not knowledgeable about cars and have always been a bit suspect of sales people and   I didn't want to bother busy friends to help with research I didn't have the time to do myself. A chance visit to My Car (Richmond Location) produced amazing results! The maze of model, make, colour and option choices became easy after my sales rep Jim Morphy asked  a few quick knowledgeable questions. He was able to direct me to  several options that reflect where, when, how and why I drive. The chore of choosing a vehicle that fit my needs and reflected my budget quickly became a luxurious experience. It is evident that he loves vehicles-his knowledge of each make and model was astounding. No salesperson fumbling around trying to figure out where the switch  for this or that is. Once I was comfortable with how everything worked I took a drive to see how it handled. I test drove three vehicles that day-all great cars. Practical, comfortable and in perfect shape. It was Jim who helped to make my decision-nothing he said, no railroading into a particular vehicle with a higher price or profit margin, no condescending judgement -just some attitude about how you should also LIKE the car you drive. Imagine, feeling good in the car you drive. I didn't know. I guess I would have started looking for a new car earlier. I LOVE my new car! It suits me and the way I live. And Jim? well I'd take him for a drive any day. Thanks

I have recently purchased a Pontiac G5 from MyCar (Richmond Location).  I am attending college, and this is my first purchase.  After visiting multiple dealerships with incompetent salepersons (one tried to sell me a car with no A/C on the hottest day of the year, and the other tried to sell me a standard after I specified I could only drive automatic), we decided to visit MyCar.  When we walked in we recieved a friendly greeting from ERIK LLOYD.  We were treated in a nice, competent, and friendly manner by both Erik, and the sales manager, MARCEL TRINAISTICH.  I found four really nice cars at great prices and finally decided on the Pontiac G5, for a great price.  We asked for snow tires to be included in the price, and we got those too! When we recieved the vehicle we got various coupons for oil changes, car cleanings, and most importantly, the bakery across the street!  I would definately recommend MyCar to anyone wishing to purchase a new or used car.

I bought my mazda3 at mycar and i couldnt be happier. They made everything so easy they anserwed any questions they had, and being a younger student they treated me with respect. Eric was my salesperson and i dont think i could have bought it without him, he let me know as soon as the mazda3's came in and tried his very best to find me the perfect car. I would recommend anyone to mycar and anytime anyone is looking for a vehicle i tell them to check there first. My next car will most likely be from mycar and i cant thank them enough for all their effort and kindness.
